#WiseUpKingston - Reading Group: M4BL Policy Platform

Rise Up Kingston will be hosting monthly reading groups so that we can delve into articles, books and other information together. These groups will be the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 6:00PM on zoom. RSVP required, link below.

We’re going to start with the Movement for Black Lives policy platform. Over three months, we will read about the platform. Feel free to dig in ahead of time, but we will also read parts of it together in the group, and talk about what it all means. Gather your family & friends from your pod, and join the zoom from home. 

BLM Platform pages can be found in this google drive. Each file is labeled with a number, if you are able, please read ahead of time. Do not let that prevent you from showing up! We’ll be doing group reads of portions of these each week. 

Tues 9/21: 6:00 - 8:00 PM (00 - 03)

Tues 10/19: 6:00 - 8:00 PM (04 - 08)

Tues 11/16: 6:00 - 8:00PM (09 - 13)
